WORKED EXAMPLES

Every line, one engagement worked through

One worked example per service line: the situation, the first two weeks, the build, what you would hold at the end and what we would refuse. Written as method, about no client.

ONE PER LINE

Pick the line closest to your problem

  1. AI INTEGRATION

A support assistant with a human checkpoint

A company sells subscription software to other businesses. Its support team answers product and billing questions from a help centre, a set of internal runbooks and an older wiki, and they disagree in places nobody has listed.

  2. CLOUD

A deploy path that behaves the same every time

A product team runs one main web application and a small set of background services in a single cloud account. Staging was built by hand and has drifted from production.

  3. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

An audit request answered from running systems

A software company's larger customers send security questionnaires and audit requests. Each one is answered with screenshots and messages gathered by hand, and each takes the same people away from their work again.

  4. MANAGED SERVICES

An incident path with a named owner

A company runs a customer-facing platform built by an agency that has since moved on. Alerts arrive in a shared inbox that several people read and nobody owns.

  5. AI SEARCH VISIBILITY

Pages an answer engine can quote

A company that sells to other businesses depends on search for most of its first conversations. Its site renders in the browser, so a request without scripts returns an almost empty page.

  6. DEMAND GENERATION

A lead traced from click to outcome

A company spends on paid search and social, sends the traffic to its home page, and its sales team enters leads into the CRM by hand.

HOW TO READ THEM

Method, not a case study

  • No client behind them

Each example describes a company shape that recurs, not a company. Nothing in them happened to anyone; they show how we would run the work.

  • Real deliverables

What the client would hold at the end is taken from the deliverable written for each service on this site, so the example cannot promise more than the service does.

  • No results claimed

There are no outcome figures. The only numbers are week ranges and counts of documents, because those are what we can commit to before we have read your systems.
