Security & Compliance Readiness
Security & Compliance Readiness
Access, evidence and controls built so an audit is a morning of work rather than a project.
Security and compliance readiness turns obligations into operating evidence, technical controls and named ownership that an auditor can inspect without reconstructing past activity.
SUB SERVICES
Work inside this line
Security & Compliance Readiness contains 3 sub services: Access and identity, Audit evidence and NIS2 and DORA. Deliverables: Evidence pack under Audit evidence.
Access and identity
Identity, least privilege, secrets handling, and the end of shared accounts.
Audit evidence
The logs, records and supplier map an auditor asks for, produced as a by-product of normal operation.
NIS2 and DORA readiness
A gap assessment and a technical plan against NIS2, DORA and the EU AI Act. The obligations stay yours, the controls are ours to build.
HOW WE WORK
A bounded path into production
Above: what you hold after the stage. Below: what you supply.
Stage 1, Set the boundary: you supply obligations, systems and suppliers; you hold assessment boundary. We identify systems, obligations, suppliers and the decision owners inside the assessment. Stage 2, Inspect the controls: you supply access, log and incident records; you hold control status by requirement. We compare stated policy with access, logs, incidents, changes and recovery records. Stage 3, Trace the evidence: you supply record sources and their owners; you hold evidence index. Each requirement is linked to a source, period, owner and collection method. Stage 4, Sequence the gaps: you supply remediation owners and dates; you hold gap plan. Missing controls and missing records receive separate owners and remediation dates. Stage 5, Assemble the pack: you supply approval of each source; you hold evidence pack and register. We hand over the register, evidence index, plan and operating instructions.

See these items in a worked example of security and compliance, written as method rather than a client story.
OUR STACK
Tools we use for this work
We use the identity, ticketing, logging, cloud and document systems that already produce control records.
Collection scripts and reporting views are added only where they reduce manual reconstruction and preserve the source of each record.
Where an existing stack is in place, we work inside it.
FAQ
Security and evidence questions
No. We translate an agreed requirement set into technical controls and evidence work.
Put each control beside its evidence
Bring the requirement set, system boundary and current records. We will separate control work from collection work.
